个人及工作简历
赖春晖，1964年12月生，男，汉族，福建漳州平和人，1985年7月毕业于厦门大学数学专业，理学学士学位。1987年9月至1988年7月在厦门大学助教进修班学习“近代数学”，1996年9月至1997年6月中国科学技术大学访问学者，2001年2月至2002年1月中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院访问学者。2007年6月至2007年7月中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院访问教授。2011年3月至2011年12月福州大学访问学者。1990年晋升为讲师，1995年晋升为副教授，2003年晋升为教授。现为福建省闽南师范大学数学与统计学院教授。硕士生导师。

先后主持福建省自然科学基金项目5项、福建省“百千万人才工程”人选培养资金项目6项、福建省教育厅A类科技项目（重点）1项。参与国家自然科学基金3项。

《闽南师范大学学报》（自然科学版）副主编。 《Zentralblatt MATH》、《Mathematical Reviews》评论员。2009年担任国际期刊《International Journal of Mathematics and Computation》编委,2009年担任EI收录期刊《International Journal of Applied Mathematics and Statistics》编委，2012年担任EI收录期刊《International Journal of Applied Mathematics and Statistics》主编（Editors-in-Chief），2015年担任国际期刊《International Journal of Mathematics and Statistics》主编（Editor-in-Chief）。2016年担任ESCI收录期刊《International Journal of Applied Mathematics and Statistics》主编（Editors-in-Chief）。受邀为《Discrete Mathematics》、《Discrete Applied Mathematics》、《Journal of Graph Theory》、《Applied Mathematics and Computation》 、《数学学报》、《应用数学学报》、《系统科学与数学》、《数学进展》等审稿。受邀参与外省的自然科学基金和科学技术奖的网络评审。受邀参与泰晤士高等教育《世界大学排名》(Times Higher Education World University Rankings)与爱思唯尔合作展开的学术声誉调查。受邀参与Clarivate Analytics年度学术声誉调查。
主讲过《数学分析》、《离散数学》、《泛函分析》、《拓扑学》、《图论基础》、《现代图论》、《组合数学》、《组合优化》、《初等数论》、《实变函数》、《数学模型》、《高等数学》等,主持漳州师范学院教改项目1项。参与《数学分析》、《离散数学》2门省级精品课程的建设。漳州师范学院申报获批数学一级学科硕士学位授权点图论及其应用研究方向学术带头人，他所指导的硕士研究生参加博士研究生考试，都能一次性考取，其中李海燕博士毕业后进入211高校—海南大学任教。他所指导的硕士研究生有多人次获得校硕士研究生科研成果奖,其中胡黎莉已被聘为德国《数学文摘》和美国《数学评论》评论员,荣获2011年第三届漳州青年科技奖, 2012年福建省第十届自然科学优秀学术论文二等奖,荣获2014年福建省第十一届自然科学优秀学术论文三等奖。
给出数学大师Wolf奖获得者Erdos 1975年提出问题的上、下界 （其中:上界十年后才被1994年国际数学家大会45分钟报告人Furedi Z.及SCI期刊《Discrete Applied Mathematics》主编Boros E.等人改进，下界仍是至今最好的）；1993年发表在《Discrete Mathematics》的论文提出了一个猜想，尽管有Furedi,Boros等名家参与研究，但至今仍未被解决。 在《Discrete Mathematics》、《Discrete Applied Mathematics》、《Discrete Mathematics and Theoretical Computer Science》、《Electronic Journal of Combinatorics》、《Czechoslovak Mathematical Journal》、《东北数学》、《漳州师院学报》等发表论文36篇，论文被1994年国际数学家大会45分钟报告人Furedi Z.，《Discrete Applied Mathematics》主编Boros E.等39位国内外同行引用。部分引文发表在Journal of Combinatorial Theory Series B, SIAM Journal on Discrete Mathematics, Journal of Graph Theory, Discrete Mathematics, Discrete Applied Mathematics等权威期刊上,也被Springer出版社出版的SpringerBriefs in Mathematics之一Pancyclic and bipancyclic graphs引用。出席2010年6月28日到7月2日在法国召开的第八届法国组合会议。在会上报告论文《No equal length cycles problem of Erdos》,担任6月29日一个小节的主持人(chair of the session in June 29),第八届法国组合会议的《Discrete Mathematics》（SCI期刊）专辑审稿人。出席2014年7月13日至18日在西班牙召开的国际运筹学联合会第20届大会,担任Graphs and Networks IV的主持人(chair) ,报告论文《Some Problems on Paths and Cycles》。出席2015年6月26日至2015年6月30日在台湾高雄举行的第八届海峡两岸图论与组合学研讨会，做30分钟邀请报告，报告的论文题目为《Some problems on graphs》。出席2019年4月22日至24日于厦门举行第八届春季国际工程与技术大会(SCET 2019),做45分钟邀请报告，报告的论文题目为《Advances on some graph theory problems - a survey》。1996年入选福建省百千万人才工程，1996年荣获第三届福建青年科技奖, 1999年荣获福建省新长征突击手标兵荣誉称号。"Erdos问题及相关问题"，2003年获福建省科学技术奖三等奖（独立完成）。“关于蕴含KR+1-H可图序列的极值问题”2008年获福建省第八届自然科学优秀学术论文二等奖（第一作者）。2009年荣获漳州市第一批优秀人才称号。2015年荣获漳州市劳动模范荣誉称号。2016年入选福建科技精英风采录。
